Michelle designed the Blame it on the Buggy blanket pattern for Knit School and it is now available to buy here on The Loveliest Yarn Company site which of course means it's time to create a kit.
The Blame it on the Buggy Kit includes 9 balls of CamaRose Yaku 4ply, a printed copy of the Blame it on the Buggy Pattern and a 3mm 100cm Bamboo circular needle so that you can cast-on straight away.
The kit includes the following colours: Main colour two 50g balls in Rahvid 1000 & seven 50g balls of the contrast colours, one each of Mellengra 1060 (C1), Lysrosa 1800 (C2), Hindboer 1220 (C3), Magenta 1704 (C4), Morkellia 1823 (C5), Sennegul 1990 (C6) and Turkis 1996 (C7).
About the yarn
Yaku is a really soft, 4 ply weight, 100% mulesing free merino in a range of glorious colours.
Each ball is 50g, with 200metres per ball.
The yarn is suitable for both baby, children and adult wear next to skin as it is really soft. It can be wash on a wool program at 30 degrees celecius.
The yarn is evenly and tighly spun which makes it perfect for both knitting and crochet, with a beautiful stitch definition.
About the pattern
The Blame is on the buggy pattern was designed because I couldn’t get enough of the CamaRose Yaku yarn that it is designed in! I also love blanket knitting so combining the two was perfect.
Finished Size (after blocking): Width: 31 inches, length: 35.5 inches (buggy)
About the needle
A 3.00mm 100cm circular bamboo needle is included in this kit.
