Diamant wrap crochet pattern from Yarn and Blarney
The Diamant wrap crochet pattern, from Yarn and Blarney, has been designed using Banshee Yarns Silky Singles, shown in Priestess.
The pattern uses filet crochet to create a beautiful rectangular shaped wrap with a symmetrical pattern of diamonds! You start at one of the short ends and work back in forth in rows until it is the size you want, I chose to make mine symmetrical because it made me happy but if you don't mind it not being symmetrical then you can keep repeating the pattern until you run out of yarn, leaving some for the end edge rows.
It is perhaps best suited to an adventurous beginner as, although it is not difficult, it requires some concentration to create and maintain the diamond pattern. It is written in English using UK crochet terms and includes a chart and a checklist.
